All NeXgen products are based on the latest Allen Bradley Compact LOGIX PLC products complete with Color HMI touchscreens (standard) and are available with a wide array of optional features. Our standard NeXgen products are fully compliant with NFPA 85. Control system platforms are available for the following common boiler control systems: Burner Management Systems (BMS), Combustion Control Systems (CCS), Balance of Plant Systems (BOP) and PC based Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition Systems (SCADA).
Our systems do not have any proprietary components, utilizing commercially available off the shelf durable components. Our customers never have to worry about our ability to supply spare or replacement parts. All parts are available through multiple vendors nationwide, assuring continuing operations of your boiler plant.

ABLE Company has been our boiler plant service company for over 6 years and has been one of our more reliable service vendors. They were instrumental in keeping our 60+ year-old Plant operating efficiently and within emissions parameters. We recently completed a complete wall to wall plant modernization including 5 new 40k-Lbs./hour High Pressure Water-tube boilers, along with replacement of all boiler support systems. ABLE supplied the BMS, CCS, Balance of Plant (BOP), and SCADA systems, and was an integral part of the success of this project.
