Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Software

As an authorized Intellution® & Wonderware® systems integrator, A.B.L.E Company has established a strong reputation for state-of-the-art SCADA systems optimized to meet the needs of power and utility plant operators.

Why Do We Use Intellution® and Wonderware®?

Both Intellution’s iFIX™ and Wonderware’s inTouch are true 32-bit software applications written to Microsoft’s specifications.  They are the most widely used MMI SCADA solution providers in the country and communicate to virtually any PLC, controller or process transmitter.  Their software is specifically designed for the process controls industry and thus can be easily adapted for the Power, Waste Water, Processing or Manufacturing industries.

Because of their widespread use, both developers have a large support network to help ensure maximum operational uptime of their product.

Both platforms remain at the forefront of the technical advances and have withstood the test of time.  For more than two decades both products have been setting the industry standard for easy, powerful and reliable automation solutions for manufacturers and systems integrators across the globe.

A.B.L.E. Company’s Capabilities

Having served the power and utility plant market for over 30 years, A.B.L.E. Company brings its extensive combustion control engineering experience to every SCADA system it designs.

Building on our proven boiler plant optimization skills, every SCADA system designed by A.B.L.E. Company is optimized to provide the customer with the right combination of I/O and computer hardware, data acquisition capabilities, operational ease-of-use, security protection and supervisory control.

This software utilizes a personal computer’s serial communication ability to interface with plant equipment.

A.B.L.E. Company provides a central operator interface for monitoring and controlling the various systems throughout a client’s plant including steam generators, chillers and building management systems.

Typical systems utilize Pentium™ -based computers, hundreds of current communications protocols (including the most common Modbus and  Ethernet), Opto 22 I/O modules for non-smart devices, uninterruptable power supplies and microprocessor-based loop controllers with full manual back up to maintain system integrity during the unlikely event of an electronics or software failure.

Automated report generation gives plant operators the facts they need to maximize operating efficiency, balance plant loads and analyze alarm conditions as they occur.
