DYNASWIRL-LN™
- 30 to 300 Million BTU/hr. Low NOx Power Utility Burner
The DYNASWIRL-LN™
burner is a gas/oil-fired, venturi register design that provides 60% NOx
reductions over previous “state-of-the-art” low excess air burners – while improving overall boiler
performance.
Designed specifically for
utilities, the DYNASWIRL-LN™ burner has proven itself in over
10,000 MW of America’s
most difficult low NOx applications, by not only meeting emissions
requirements with burners only, but also:
- Offering turndowns of 8:1 on oil and
up to 20:1 on gas.
- Lowering CO, particulates and
opacity.
- Reducing downtime, maintenance, fuel
and operating costs.
- Providing for compliance with future
NOx regulations through BOOS, OFA and FGR.
VARIFLAME™
- 30 to 400 Million BTU/hr. Low NOx Industrial Burner
 The VARIFLAME™ burner is
a gas/oil-fired, low NOx, high efficiency venturi register design
suitable for institutional and industrial steam and hot water plants.

Gas Recirculation (FGR)

COOLburn technology

The Rapid Mix Burner (RMB™) is
the leading ultra-low NOx burner on the market today. The RMB’s proven track record
includes more successful ultra low-NOx burners in operation than ALL OTHER
COMPANIES COMBINED. Some specific
features are:
 Ideal for a variety of applications including
package water-tube boilers and field- erected units - Breakthrough rapid mix technology from 20 to
600 MMBtu/Hr that eliminates the conditions for prompt NOx formation
while avoiding the dangers of pre-mix combustion
- Utilizes FGR to efficiently reduce peak flame
temperatures, controlling thermal NOx formation
- Guaranteed emissions: less than 9 ppm NOx,
